History
Established in 1984, Marblo® first made its name by manufacturing sheet products with superior stain and chemical resistance for laboratory, hospital and kitchen bench top applications applications. From this position, Marblo has progressively developed and released new materials and ranges focusing on the needs of our customers.
Industry Experience
For the past 30 some years, our sole focus has been solid surface materials. During this time, Marblo® is proud to have supplied some of the most prominent names with their solid surface needs. The likes of Vodafone, Price Waterhouse Coopers, McDonald’s, IBM, CSIRO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Sydney Olympic Park just to name a few.

Marblo® utilises manufacturing facilities in Australia and Asia to provide a range of made-to-order and standard line materials.

Marblo Group of companies retains complete ownership of our technology and brand. A product bearing the name “Marblo®” has been made in accordance to our stringent specifications and strict licensing guidelines either by our own facilities or by an international licensee. By maintaining this total control we are confident that all Marblo® materials meet the high standards we have set for ourselves.

Proprietary Formulae & Manufacturing
Product formulions and manufacturing techniques (including purpose designed and built machinery) are developed by Marblo®, thus ensuring a consistency and total understanding of production. This attention involves all stages of production through to delivery.
Licensees & Distribution channels
Licensees of Marblo’s proprietary manufacturing systems adhere to the strict manufacturing guidelines created by Marblo Holdings. Manufacturing Licensees & Regional Distributors are charged with the responsibility of appointing competent Marblo® fabricators and keeping them up to date with fabrication techniques & product developments.
Preferred fabricator agreements
Only trained and accredited fabricators can purchase and work raw Marblo® solid surface sheets. Preferred fabricator arrangements ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality, best value materials and service the market has to offer. Preferred fabricators quality & workmanship are monitored and evaluated by Marblo®, fabricators are also supported with regular fabrication training and updates.
Deliverability
We realise your order has to be there on time, and our reputation is built and or lost upon this. Our project management team will work closely with you from the stage of specification in giving feasible lead time indications and we will work hard to ensure that all pre-manufacture stages are completed pre-emptively.
Quality Guarantee
Marblo® sheet products are supplied with a 10 year limited warranty and Marblo® designer wash basins are supplied with a 12 month limited warranty to ensure that you have total piece of mind. If you are supplied with a product that is deemed to be less than acceptable, simply notify Marblo within 7 days of delivery and a company representative will be appointed to assist with your warranty claim and organise rectification works or replacement product as required.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
At Marblo we are constantly looking for feedback on ways to improve our processes. Customers are surveyed regularly to ensure satisfaction with our product and service offerings. Most importantly, these surveys provide an insight to the ever changing needs of our customers.
Mass production benefits
How is it possible that Marblo can offer low sheet prices with shorter turnaround times?
Due to economies of scale, Marblo can now offer medium to large sheet runs at internationally competitive prices.
Marblo® “PLUS” Series
Introduced as our price leader, Marblo® PLUS is a series of standard colours in standard sizes allowing bulk manufacture and therefore substantial savings.
Back-to-Nature Collection
Our latest decorative solid surface material Back-to-Nature Collection is also mass produced. Available in a standard size of 6mm x 1200mm x 2400mm in a range of 25 colours and patterns.
 Marblo® Designer Basins
Moulding / Casting of solid surface basins, not manually fabricating solid surface sheets into basins allows great savings and greater design flexibility. If we believe a shape or design will be popular, we invest in creating moulds upfront and enjoy the long term savings from each basin produced.
Shorter Turnarounds
With a complete range of Marblo® Plus, Back-to-Nature Collection colours and Marblo® Designer basins in stock, we can now fill your orders sooner rather than later.
Custom colour sheets and colour matched sheets are also available with 10 working day lead times.
Buying Power
Mass producing a price competitive series combined with existing volumes of work from our large high end international clientele enables us to purchase raw materials both locally and internationally, at most competitive prices. These savings are then passed onto our clients.
