How long has Marblo
® been around?
Marblo (an Australian invention) was created by Dr. Karim Obaidi in 1979. The Obaidi family still retains ownership of the brand, technology & licensing rights.

Marblo® is manufactured in factories across the globe by licensed manufacturers and currently has licensees in Australia & China  

How can I buy Marblo
®
Marblo® is most commonly specified as a finish by your architect or interior designer. It can also be purchased through an international network of authorised accredited fabricators. Off the shelf or finished products can be purchased from relevant distributors & retailers. How much does Marblo
® cost?
This is the most commonly asked question. The most commonly given answer is “it depends”. Many factors go into calculating the exact cost of Marblo® as it is not generally an ‘off the shelf’ sheet product. Factors include; Colour, thickness, requirement for customisation, finish, complexity of fabrication, time of year, international costs of petrochemicals and destination costs. The best way to get an estimate is to email or fax a set of drawings, or contact your nearest distributor by phone. Generally a cost indication can be given verbally within a few minutes.  

I am a student - could I have some samples for a final year project?
Marblo® have acquired a great reputation for working with Universities, Design Schools & TAFE institutions. We invest significant amounts of time & money in the support of tomorrows designers and our future clients. Marblo extend a warm invitation to all educational institutions to share in the supply of samples, brochures and technical advice as the occasion requires.  

What are the standard Lead times?
Depending on the type of Marblo® specified, lead times (for Australian deliveries) could be as quick as same day delivery (for stock materials) to an average of 10 working days (for custom material). For international sales shipping & clearance times would need to be added.
